The medical transportation industry on Long Island has historically been fragmented and inconsistent. Patients get bounced between providers. Pickups arrive late or not at all. Dispatchers can't answer simple questions. Families lose time, miss appointments, and lose trust.
We started DachiPlus to do this differently — by building one operation that handles both Medicaid and private-pay rides with the same standards, and by treating recurring patients (dialysis, chemo, PT) as the priority they deserve to be.
