DachiPlus's mission is simple: every patient on Long Island reaches their medical appointment, no matter how they pay. A Medicaid patient gets exactly the same service as a private-pay patient. The driver comes to the door. Waits. Helps with the mobility device. Walks the patient into the office. No rushing.
That may sound obvious, but in the non-emergency medical transportation industry it isn't always the norm. We make it the standard.
Our story
DachiPlus was founded in 2023 on Long Island. The company grew out of a direct observation: Long Island patients — especially Medicaid members, seniors, and those who don't speak English fluently — faced a fragmented medical-transport system where it was hard to find a driver who arrived on time, knew how to help someone with a walker, or simply treated the passenger with respect.
Since 2023, DachiPlus has grown to serve hundreds of patients across Nassau and Suffolk County, with an average 4.9/5 rating based on verified reviews.
